Our Parent & Tot class is a 45-minute structured class. Beginning at 12 months old (and able to walk), children participate in this introductory gymnastics class with the security of the parent by their side. With the assistance of our coaches and the parent, this class will teach the basics of gymnastics and gym safety in a fun and exciting environment.

Our Preschool Gymnastics class is a 45-minute structured class. Aimed at 3 and 4-year-olds, preschool classes teach the fundamentals of floor, beam, bars, vault, trampoline, and tumble trak skills and safety. All of our preschool classes are set up to encourage cognitive and physical growth, incorporating color, shape, and number and letter recognition into fun lesson themes that change frequently for continued excitement and learning.

Our Girls Recreational Gymnastics class is a 55-minute structured class. This awesome progressive program for girls ages 5 and up consists of six progressive recreational levels. Our classes go from basic gymnastics for beginners to advanced skills for experienced gymnasts. Skills are always performed in a safe, supervised environment. Each child's progress is charted on a skill chart that allows coaches to track performance and skill mastery necessary to move up to the next level for more exciting skill challenges.

Our Girls Competitive Gymnastics Teams practice two to three days a week, or more depending on level, for 1-4 hours per practice day. We offer an invitational competitive program from levels 1 to 10. Competing locally and nationally, we have produced state, regional, and national winning gymnasts and teams.

Our Tumbling class is a 55-minute structured class. We offer a progressive tumbling program, taking students through beginner to advanced skills that are taught quickly and safely. We focus on technique that can be built upon for solid, consistent tumbling.

It's a blend of martial arts, gymnastics, obstacle course training, and parkour! This program is perfect for boys ages 3-11! Xtreme Ninja uses techniques to leverage kids' fire and enthusiasm into an activity they truly love, while building strength, agility, stealth and mental prowess of a trained, Xtreme  Ninja.
