Developed with our youngest future gymnast in mind, our little diamonds classes are 45 minutes long and are taught utilizing the circuit technique. This technique keeps your little one active and engaged allowing instructors to safely focus on developing basic skill and strength. In addition, students will gain important social skills by learning how to effectively communicate and interact with both peers and instructors leaving them with a greater sense of self-confidence accomplishment.

Our Rock Star program is for school-aged children (ages 6 & up) and is based on women's artistic gymnastics. Students will learn beginning to advanced level skills on all four women's events: Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor. This is a non-competitive program; however, students enrolled will begin to learn the necessary skills and vocabulary in addition to the strength and flexibility needed to earn an invitation to one of our competitive gymnastics teams. Rock Stars classes are broken up into several ability levels. To enroll in level 2 and above, coaches approval is required.

This class is 1 hour for boys ages 6 and up. Students will learn beginning & intermediate level skills on high bar, vault, rings, pommel horse, and floor.

Bring your party to The Rock Gymnastics Training Center.  The birthday parties are for an hour and a half, with the first hour of fun, games, and time to play on the gymnastics equipment. Our coaches supervise all events, and students are instructed on how to do each event. The last half hour is time for cake, ice cream, and presents in the Birthday Party Room. The Rock Gymnastics Training Center provides the instruction and a basic Happy Birthday sign and table cloth. You bring all the other goodies that you would like.

Available party times are on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

The price is $150 and can include up to 10 students. Each additional person will be $10 extra.

These classes are for two year old's and their parent / guardian. The classes teach large motor skill development and set up stations that the parents help the child through. The parents take part in the class with the children. The class meets for 45 minutes.
