RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our recreational classes are designed to introduce and develop gymnastics skills, coordination and flexibility in a fun, active way! Beginners to Advanced classes are available for girls & boys!

NINJAZONE CLASSES
NinjaZone combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace. We have classes for kids ages 3-5 & 5-11 years!
Birthday Parties & Ninja Nights
Book your next party or event at Flex Gymnastics for a fun-filled gathering with friends and/or family. Birthday parties offer gymnastics or NinjaZone activities, games, obstacle courses, and parachute fun. Ninja Nights are two hours of fast paced cardio exploring NinjaZone skills, obstacle courses, TumblTrak, Ninja games and more!

Gymnastics Classes
Parent & Tot Gymnastics (Ages 15 to 36 months)

Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3 to 5 years)
Our Preschool program introduces playground readiness skills, Kindergarten readiness skills and social skills all in a fun, actively moving environment! Come explore our kid-friendly equipment: floor level balance beams, pint-sized bars, mini obstacle courses, a TumblTrak and parachute activities!
Girls & Boys Recreational Gymnastics (Ages 4 years plus)
Our recreational classes introduce and develop gymnastics skills, coordination and flexibility in a fun, active way! Beginners to Advanced class curriculum also prepares gymnasts to transition into our team development and competitive team programs. Girls events include: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise and TumblTrak. Boys events include: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar and TumblTrak.
Girls & Boys Developmental and Competitive Team Programs
Our developmental and competitive programs are the next step in developing gymnastics skills. Focused on technical skill progressions and development, strength training, flexibility, and choreography, these programs offer gymnasts a competitive experience as early as age 5 (girls) and age 6 (boys)! Age appropriate developmental programs start with our Hot Shots class (age 3+ girls) and our Flyers class (age 4+ boys).

NinjaZone, Parties & Open Gym
NinjaZone (Ages 3 - 11 years)
NinjaZone combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace. This is a physical program for energetic children that also teaches mindfulness, balance and focus. Our Lil' Ninja classes are for kids ages 3-5 and our Ninja classes are for ages 5-11 years!
Open Gym (Ages 5 and Under) (Ages 5+)
Open Gyms are extra opportunities to practice skills, explore equipment or just get the wiggles out! Similar to supervised playground, coaches are on the floor to supervise and assist this open play time. Preschool Open Gym is for Ages 5 and under with an adult partner. Saturday Open gym is for ages 5 and up.

Flex Gymnastics is the new home of Gymnastics World Northwest. We have been a locally owned Tucson business for over 40 years and have served over 60,000 kids. We offer programs for all ages and skill levels providing a love for gymnastics through our recreational programs and the challenge of gymnastics through our competitive teams.
